Monika joined our CIOsynergy Delegate Acquisitions team in 2013. This is her first job since graduating from college. She has a wide variety of skills, especially in the technical fields, and general computer knowledge. She enjoys surfing, cooking, and listening to music.
Sweta (Sara) Pateliya

Anees (Josh) Mansuri
Anees joined CIOsynergy in early 2013 after completion of his masters. He is diligent & always hunting for new tools for effective research.His approach towards the assigned task is remarkable. His ability to view the assignment in holistic manner helps in providing the elegant solution.He has an excellent analytical skills and gets into the nitty-gritties of the assigned task.He has a good tenacity (determination) and puts in hard work to complete the assigned task.He is sharing success of fetching some very reputed clients during his short tenure at CIOsynergy
Colin started at CIOsynergy in November of 2012. He is our Digital Marketing Manager, which means he makes sure that the websites are all maintained, and digital content, such as logos and boiler plates are all up to date. Colin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northern Illinois University. Before coming to CIOsynergy, Colin had worked extensively with computers, and had even run his own repair shop out of his apartment.
Dharini (Dee) Patel

Khooshbu (Katie) Joshi
Khooshbu joined in the Ciosynergy Delegate Acquisitions Team in 2012 after completion of MCA.

Nimesh joined the CIOsynergy team in 2012, and came to us from Downtown Motors Pvt. Ltd, where he was a document controller. He is optimistic, hardworking, and adaptive by nature. Nimesh has quite the background in the technical field, which makes him perfect for explaining and related CIOsynergy to perspective clients. When he isn’t working, Nimesh likes to enjoy some T.V., listen to older Indian music, and play cricket
Brian Mitchell joined the CIOsynergy sponsorship team from PolyOne where he managed accounts and new business development. Prior to his role at PolyOne, his roles included new business development for Abbott Labs, and Traffic and News Anchor for Metro Networks in Chicago.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts, Communications degree from Columbia College.
Khush joined the CIOsynergy team in 2011 and has been a member of the sponsorship division since. He works with solution providers across North America and Canada partnering them with the access, credibility and opportunity CIOsynergy offers. Jignesh (John) Pateliya
Jignesh’s research partners CIOs with BPM providers and document management solutions, his work has assisted CIOs move to the digital era by adopting paperless environments.
Companies like Kofax, HP and Dell know Jignesh as he makes it his business to make relationships with the who’s who of this industry. Jignesh joined the CIOsynergy Research Center in 2011 and has been a key player behind the effort to assist CIOs in attaining greener enterprises through innovation.
Sanjay is all about ‘BIG DATA’ and has the industry research CIOs want. His work resides within the CIOsynergy Research Center and supports the sponsorship sales teams with the contacts and industry breaking news needed to put forth the who’s who of BIG DATA at the doorstep of our CIO audiences through the US and Canada.
Ravim (Robert) Shaikh
Ravim has aided in the acquisition of many technology partners for CIOsynergy since joining the team in 2011. His work partners CIOsynergy with Security Solution providers and offers them an audience with the heads of Information Technology from the largest enterprises across the US and Canada. Ravim’s research covers all gamets of Information Security; from end-point to cloud he identifies industry changing technologies and must have adoptions for tomorrow’s CIO.
As manager of the Delegate Acquisitions department at the CIOsynergy Research Center it is the responsibility of Nidhi to oversee a team of research associates whom upkeep IT leadership databases through North America and the U.K. Nidhi’s focus has been large market CIO relationships since joining the center in 2011.
Asafak (Anthony) Patel
Asafak joined the CIOsynergy Research Center in early 2011 in order to support the demand for solutions in enterprise mobility. Although mobility remains his niche Asafak has assisted CIOsynergy in partnering with some of the most respected innovators to include Qlikview, Hitachi, Dell, Bitzer Mobile, and AirWatch to name a few.
Kamini’s work in our delegate acquisitions department at the CIOsynergy Research Center. This department is responsible for researching and updating our records of IT leaders that run enterprises within CIOsynergy communities. Kamini specifically concentrates on our mid-market relationships and engages in multiple verticals including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, High-Tech, and Transportation.
Rishi leads our troops in the CIOsynergy Research Center, his team work in our solutions department. If its innovative, cutting edge, and industry changing technology they will find it. His team is responsible for a bulk of the research that goes behind finding the companies that partner with CIOsynergy.
Ali joined CIOsynergy in 2011 as a research associate. From the CIOsynergy Research Center Ali identifies technologies that offer our community of CIOs solutions to their enterprise IT hurdles. With an emphasis on Network Optimization and Green IT Ali has engaged 100′s of clients with opportunities throughout North America and Canada.
Patrick’s his name and preparations his ‘game’. Patrick is our sponsorship coordinator, he works with all of our clients to ensure they are fully equipped and prepared prior to an event. A partnership with CIOsynergy brings a lot to the table, Patrick ensures these are delivered and executed upon. If you’re one of our many clients you already know Patrick, if you’re not then you need to pick up the phone and talk to us.
Kevin joined CIOsynergy in 2011 as a regional account manager. He focuses on SMB solution providers giving them access to the enterprise CIO through CIOsynergy regional events. Clients managed by Kevin include the likes of IDS, ConnectSolutions and ICC.
Joe manages sponsorship accounts through North America and Canada. His clients have included companies to the likes of Riverbed, Comcast, and Cirba to name a few. He emphasizes much of his research into technologies that improve enterprise infrastructure and efficiency.
Prior to joining the CIOsynergy team in 2010 Joe was an account manager with CDW.
Thomas lives by numbers, the finance and operations go to guy. If he’s not buried in book keeping, he’s negotiating a stellar hotel to host the next CIOsynergy event.
Thomas joined our team in 2009, prior to crunching numbers at CIOsynergy he worked logistics with Echo Global, and corporate events with Marcus Evans.
Araceli is our ‘project/office manager’, meaning she co-ordinates pretty much everything that goes on at CIOsynergy (If we had a behind the scenes video you’ll see her in every scene). Whether it’s marketing, office or personnel related Araceli is there and has been since the beginning of 2011.
Prior to CIOsynergy, Araceli was fine tuning her skills as a manager at AT&Ts Call Center in Schaumburg Illinois.
Carlos knows CIOs, he has the relationships needed to populate our events with the who’s who of IT, so if you receive an invitation from him or his team – you’re one of them. Carlos joined our team in 2010 and has been responsible for the acquisition of 1000′s of CIOs and IT leaders to our events throughout North America and Canada.
He is also responsible for populating the CIOpanel, a discussion at our events with leading CIOs moderated by NPRs Scott Shuster.
Harshil is our star problem solver. He helps CIOs by partnering them with IT solution providers. If you sell or market your solution to the CIO its likely that you know Harshil (or at-least you should). Harshil came to us in 2009 and since then he has assisted 100′s of IT service providers in gaining access to the CIO through CIOsynergy events in both North America and Canada.
Prior to CIOsynergy Harshil worked with Marcus Evans in Chicago.
Stavros has managed sponsorship accounts with CIOsynergy since 2010. When he’s not assisting solution providers to the likes of Microsoft and McAfee, Stavros engages in the research of niche cutting edge technologies and offers them face time with the CIOs of CIOsynergy.
Prior to joining CIOsynergy Stavros completed his B.A in Psychology at UIC in Chicago and has completed his Masters of Business and Administration in 2012.
