I understand that my registration is subject to approval upon review by event director.

CIOsynergy, a CXOsync LLC event is an invitation only engagement, thus the arrival and participation of all attendees is vital to the success of this initiative.

I confirm that the date has been confirmed as available and I have made arrangements to be in attendance.

Registration includes full participation, attendance, lunch, and cocktails.

Attendee is responsible for travel arrangements, and the costs associated with those arrangements.

Attendee waives CXOsync LLC of liability from any damages, loss, or costs incurred while engaging in any CXOsync LLC hosted activity.

CXOsync LLC reserves the right to change, amend, or reschedule any activity without prior notice, upon such occurrence attendees registration will be transferable to a future event.

CXOsync LLC will not be liable for any costs incurred by attendee for travel, or accommodation.
